Job Description
A leading managed services provider based in St Albans requires a 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst, Microsoft XP,MS Office, Outlook, Remote Diagnostic tools.
Role:
Answer all 1st line client service requests
Provide 1st line technical issue resolution
Escalate effectively to 2nd line
Log and record actions
Effectively utilise diagnostic tools
Skills and Experience:
Excellent telephone manner
Microsoft Apps and OS aware
Minimum 1 year Service desk experience
