IT Support Analyst required for a leading entertainment company based in North London. Windows XP, Windows 2003, Active Directory, MS Office 2007, Blackberry Handheld and BES, FTP, VOIP, EPOS, HP Printer, Ghost.

Role:

Deal with IT service requests up to 3rd line
Deskside fix Hardware and Software
Install and configure IT equipment
Provide weekend cover
liaise with users at all levels

You:

Excellent Communicator
2 years experience in a commercial environment
Quick learner
Team Player
Flexible
Able to work shifts (see below)
Hours:

Monday to Friday 8 hours per day within 08:00 to 18:00
Weekend cover required on Rota basis
Salary:

Up to £30,000 per annum plus benefits.
